How to order adidas padel products
Place an order
Placing an order on the FORPADEL TRADING LLC website is simple. Choose the item(s) you want and add them to your cart. When you're done shopping, click the "Proceed to Checkout" button and your purchase order will appear.
You can make a purchase whether you're registered or not. If you are registered, enter your username and password, and your order will automatically be integrated with your account details. If you don't wish to be registered, fill in your contact and shipping information, and we'll process your order.
Once you've completed this step, choose your preferred payment method and confirm your order.
You will receive an email confirming that the order has been successfully processed by the website.
If you're registered, you can see all the orders you've previously placed with that account.
Access your complete order history by clicking My Account and entering your username and password.
Cancellation of your order
We process orders automatically, so canceling an order is not possible once you confirm it. However, if you made a mistake and it's been a short time since you placed the order, please contact customer service (atencioncliente@allforpadel.com) and we will try to correct it. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, cancellations cannot be made, so you will need to process a return.
Promotions/outlet
At FORPADEL TRADING LLC, you can also find products from previous seasons offered at reduced prices. These new products are not returns, repaired products, or samples.
Promotional codes
Promotional codes do not apply to discounted products. If you have returned an order using a promotional code, the specific terms and conditions will apply. Promotional codes are only valid for a limited time.
Tracking your order
If you're a registered customer, you can check the status of your order by selecting it under "My Orders" in My Account . You can also track your order in detail by clicking on the tracking number, which will take you to the carrier's website for the most up-to-date information.
The states are:
1. Received: This means your order has been received and is being processed. You'll receive an email confirming receipt of your order.
2. Accepted: This status means that your order has been transferred to the warehouse that is preparing for shipment.
3. Shipped: This status means your order has left our warehouse and is in the hands of the carrier, or it has already been delivered. You will receive an email with the order tracking number, which will give you access to the carrier's website so you can see where your package is.
4. Delivered: This status indicates that the order has been delivered to its destination.
If you're registered, you can view your order history in My Account by selecting "Order History."
