Return Policy
Our satisfaction guarantee is unconditional. If you believe that the adidas products purchased on our website do not meet your needs, you can request a return of your order within a maximum of 15 calendar days and we will refund you (minus shipping costs). Depending on the geographic area, return costs and conditions may vary and are always the customer's responsibility. Returns for purchases with a promotional coupon applied will be subject to the specific conditions in each case.
The conditions for accepting such returns are as follows:
- The product must be in its original packaging and must not have been unsealed or used.
- Not having removed the original labels.
- Furthermore, in the case of blades:
- Not having removed the sealed cuff.
- Not having been used (a rally leaves signs and marks that make its subsequent sale impossible).
- Not having been manipulated by adding accessories such as overgrips or protectors
How can I return a product?
You can return orders on our website in the most convenient way:
1. If you are a registered customer, go to the “ My Account ” section and select the order in question and indicate the reason for the return.
2. If you are not registered, please write to: atencioncliente@allforpadel.com indicating the order number.
Once the return is accepted, you will receive instructions via email.
Refund
Once the merchandise has been received at our warehouses and its condition verified, a refund will be issued, according to the customer's chosen payment method, within 15 business days of receiving the returned merchandise. The cost of the return will be borne by the customer, as stipulated in the LGCU.
Your bank or credit card issuer may need additional time to process the refund.
You will receive an email notification informing you of the refund.
Return Policy for Black Friday and Christmas
Purchases made between November 22 and December 31, 2024, may be returned until January 10, 2025, as an exceptional deadline for the Christmas period.
