FORPADEL TRADING LLC can ship orders anywhere in the world. Shipping costs will be quoted based on the order and the location where the customer wishes to receive it. This quote will be sent upon request through our contact form or by calling our customer service line at +34 91 1336622.
FORPADEL TRADING LLC will not cover customs and tariff charges in the country where the customer wishes to receive the order. We will also not be responsible for any complications caused by the customs of the country where the order is received or its foreign trade laws.
Estimated delivery times
Delivery time to the peninsula is 1-2 business days.
Delivery time in the Balearic Islands is 2-4 business days.
Delivery time in Ceuta and Melilla 4-5 business days *
Delivery time to the Canary Islands is 10 business days*
Delivery time to EU countries is 3-7 working days depending on the country of delivery.
Delivery time to other countries is 3-7 business days *
The delivery period will begin from the date of order confirmation.
* Customs clearance times are not included.
Shipping Rules and Restrictions
- Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, excluding Spanish national holidays and Madrid holidays. Delivery time begins the next business day after purchase ; that is, orders processed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day. Therefore, if you place an order on Friday after 1:00 PM, it will be processed on Monday.
- During the Christmas period, sales, or promotions (Black Friday), delivery times may be extended due to the saturation of courier companies.
- We cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- All deliveries will be accompanied by a delivery note.
- Due to logistical difficulties in shipping to certain remote areas, we reserve the right to cancel your order and/or apply additional terms and conditions to it (including, without limitation, a minimum order amount). Our customer service team will notify you of the cancellation and/or the application of these terms as soon as possible after you place your order.
