PURCHASE CONDITIONS
1. Company Information
These Purchase Conditions govern purchases made through the website www.allforpadel.ae, operated by FORPADEL TRADING LLC, the official supplier of Adidas Padel in the United Arab Emirates (also referred to as All For Padel UAE / AFP UAE).

2. Applicable Law
All purchases are governed by the laws and regulations of the United Arab Emirates, including:
• Federal Decree Law No. 46 of 2021 on Electronic Transactions and Trust Services
• Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 on Consumer Protection (and its Implementing Regulations of 2021)
• Federal Decree Law No. 8 of 2017 on Value Added Tax (5% VAT applicable to all local sales)
For international customers, transactions are subject exclusively to UAE law, unless mandatory consumer protection laws of the customer’s country expressly apply.
3. Products Offered
Products are described in detail on their respective product pages, including features, prices, promotions, and warranty coverage. All descriptions are based on official adidas and AFP supplier information.
4. Prices and Validity
• Prices are displayed in AED and include 5% VAT, unless otherwise stated.
• Prices exclude shipping, handling, customs, and insurance unless specified.
• Prices may change at any time; confirmed orders will not be affected.
5. Orders
• Customers must be at least 18 years old and register an account to purchase.
• Orders are confirmed only once secure payment is received.
• AFP UAE reserves the right to reject fraudulent, abnormal, or suspicious orders.
• An electronic order confirmation email constitutes proof of purchase.
6. Order Modification or Cancellation
• Corrections to personal details or cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of purchase and before the order enters the preparation phase.
• Product modifications cannot be made once the order is confirmed; customers must cancel and submit a new order.

7. Delivery & Customs
• Orders are shipped via reputable courier companies within the UAE and to selected international destinations.
• Estimated delivery times:
• Within UAE: 2 to 3 working days under normal conditions.
• Outside UAE: Delivery times vary depending on the destination country and local customs processes.
• Delivery shall not exceed 30 days unless otherwise agreed.
• For international orders, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are borne by the customer.
• Customers must inspect goods upon receipt and notify AFP UAE immediately of any missing or damaged items.
• AFP UAE is not responsible for delays in delivery caused by third-party logistics providers, courier companies, customs authorities, or events beyond its control.
8. Returns & Withdrawal Policy
• As a courtesy, AFP UAE allows customers to return eligible products within 14 calendar days of receipt.
• Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging.
• Products that have been used, tested, or show faded barcodes/grip labels due to use are not eligible.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless due to manufacturing defect or error by AFP UAE.
• Personalized or custom-made products, and unsealed items for hygiene reasons, cannot be returned.
• Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt and inspection of returned goods.
9. Warranty
• All products sold by AFP UAE are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturing defects only.
• Proof of defect is mandatory. Warranty claims will only be considered valid if the Customer provides verifiable proof of defect, including:
• Photo and/or video evidence clearly showing the issue; and
• If required, physical inspection of the product by AFP UAE.
Claims without sufficient proof will not be processed.
• Consumables are excluded from warranty. This includes, but is not limited to, grips, overgrips, balls, and other accessories whose normal durability is minimal and subject to natural wear and tear.
• Warranty does not cover misuse, negligence, accidents, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
• Products without tags, used items, or products with damaged barcodes/grip labels due to use are not eligible for warranty.
• Final approval of warranty claims is subject to confirmation by the All For Padel after-sales team. AFP UAE will process claims on behalf of customers, but warranty acceptance is conditional upon All For Padel’s technical evaluation and approval.
• In case of approval, AFP UAE may choose to repair, replace, or refund the product, depending on availability. If replacement is not possible (e.g. product out of stock), AFP UAE may offer an alternative product of equal value or a refund.
10. Payment Methods
AFP UAE accepts the following payment methods:
• Credit/Debit Cards
• PayPal
• Bank Transfer (subject to pre-approval)
All payments are processed securely through SSL-encrypted and PCI DSS-compliant gateways. AFP UAE does not store any card or bank details.
11. Limitation of Liability
AFP UAE’s liability is strictly limited to the purchase price of the product(s).
AFP UAE shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to:
• Loss of profits
• Loss of business opportunities
• Interruption of business
• Loss of goodwill
12. Force Majeure
AFP UAE shall not be held liable for any delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, acts of government or regulatory authorities, embargoes, wars, strikes, transport disruptions, or supply chain interruptions.
13. Claims and Dispute Resolution
• Complaints must be submitted to hello@allforpadel.ae and will be addressed within 30 days.
• AFP UAE encourages amicable resolution but reserves the right to submit disputes exclusively to UAE courts.
14. Nullity Clause
If any provision of these Conditions is found invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain valid and enforceable.
15. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These Conditions are governed exclusively by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protections in the customer’s jurisdiction expressly apply.
